Terms & Conditions for Property Listing

You confirm that you are either the owner of this property, or an authorized manager/agent with permission to list it.

If you are listing as a manager or agent, you confirm that you have the owner's consent to list this property on Villabase.

If you have an existing agreement or exclusive contract with any other platform (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.), it is your responsibility to make sure listing here does not violate that contract.

Villabase is not responsible for any violation of your agreements with other platforms.

All information you provide — including price, amenities, description, and photos — must be true and accurate.

You are responsible for any losses or disputes caused by incorrect or misleading information.

Your property must comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and licenses required for short-term rentals (such as municipal permissions or tourism licenses, where applicable).

You confirm there is no ongoing legal dispute related to this property that could affect its listing.

You are responsible for keeping your calendar accurate and updated.

If a booking is cancelled due to incorrect availability or a mistake on your end, you are responsible, not Villabase.

Any payment-related disputes, refunds, or cancellations are to be resolved directly between you and the guest, unless Villabase is explicitly involved.

You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes (such as GST) on your bookings.

Villabase is a listing and discovery platform only. We are not responsible for the condition, safety, or maintenance of your property.

Any accidents, damages, or disputes that occur at the property are your responsibility as the owner/manager.

You confirm that you have the right to use all photos and videos you upload, and that they do not violate anyone's copyright.

You agree to protect Villabase from any claims, losses, or legal action that may arise due to incorrect information or an unauthorized listing on your part.
